The Owners of this two story, Georgian style home desired to have the Kitchen open to the Living Room, but we had some structural challenges to overcome!  Along with the help of a great Builder and Engineer, we were able to give them the layout they wanted.  This project also involved turning an exterior closet into the Half Bath, renovating a first floor Bedroom and Bathroom, renovating the Laundry Room, Primary Bedroom & Bathroom, and an additional Full Bathroom.  I love the finished product!
